Huaneng Qingneng Institute and Aina New Energy, a subsidiary of Shanghai Ailu, signed a framework cooperation agreement
On January 13, 2025, China Huaneng Group Clean Energy Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaneng Clean Energy Institute") signed a framework cooperation agreement with Nantong Aina New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aina New Energy"), a subsidiary of Shanghai Ailu Holdings.
Zhao Dongming, Director of the Photovoltaic Department of Huaneng Qingneng Institute, and Chen Ankang, Chairman of Shanghai Ailu, attended and witnessed the signing of the contract. Wang Lichuang, the head of photovoltaic testing and certification verification at Huaneng Qingneng Institute, and Zhang Ying, the director of Aina New Energy Management Center, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.


In the future, through joint and continuous monitoring of multiple scenarios, authoritative basis support will be provided for Aina New Energy to further explore domestic and international markets.

Research and application of new photovoltaic products
Both parties plan to utilize their respective advantageous resources in their respective fields to jointly seek suitable project opportunities, further develop specialized photovoltaic technology application plans in coastal, offshore, desert, Gobi, wasteland, mountainous and other scenarios, and jointly promote the construction of demonstration power station projects.

Empirical Study on New Photovoltaic Materials and Components
Both parties plan to carry out outdoor empirical testing of new photovoltaic materials and components based on the construction of large-scale photovoltaic bases such as Qingneng Institute's Gobi, offshore, and desert photovoltaics, to verify the power generation characteristics of photovoltaic components in various typical application scenarios, and analyze the structural, mechanical, and aging characteristics of photovoltaic materials.

New photovoltaic product testing and differentiated certification
Both parties plan to carry out product testing and differentiated certification of new photovoltaic module composite material frames, composite material brackets, and photovoltaic modules in multiple scenarios (typical scenarios such as extreme cold, extreme heat, high humidity, low radiation, high salt spray, etc.), and jointly establish a comprehensive certification system for new photovoltaic materials.

Industrial cooperation on new photovoltaic materials and products
Both parties plan to explore solutions and approaches for industrial cooperation through joint innovation, technological research and development, and other models, to promote the industrial landing, supply chain integration, and application scenario development of new photovoltaic materials and products.

Both parties plan to jointly promote the development and implementation of international, national, and industry standards for advanced photovoltaic technologies such as new photovoltaic materials and products, leading the high-quality development of the new energy industry.

Both parties plan to apply for project cooperation, which can integrate resources, improve the success rate of project application, jointly undertake the research and implementation of major projects, and promote the innovative development of clean energy.
