• Administrative Specialist

    Main responsibilities:
    1. Assist superiors in integrating and coordinating the work of various departments and handling daily affairs;
    2. Participate in and assist superiors in drafting the company's development plan, preparing the annual business plan, and decomposing work objectives at each stage;
    3. Responsible for organizing the drafting, modification, and writing of the company's general rules and regulations, assisting in the drafting, discussion, and modification of specialized standards and management systems; Track, inspect and supervise important matters involved in the documents, and promote the management of the company;
    4. Responsible for the management, inspection, supervision, control, and execution of dormitory, cafeteria, and security work, as well as the management of logistics, cleaning, and security;
    5. Supervise the implementation of administrative rules and regulations, regularly or irregularly guide and inspect the hygiene of enterprise office areas, public places, and maintenance of enterprise greening, and promptly correct any problems found;
    6. Responsible for the company's vehicle scheduling, management, maintenance, and upkeep work, supervising the planned arrangement of vehicle use by various departments, and meeting the reasonable requirements of the company's business vehicle use;
    7. Responsible for arranging company reception and related external liaison work;
    8. Responsible for promoting the company's corporate culture, organizing and preparing for annual meetings, celebrations, marketing events, and annual recognition events;
    9. Responsible for the receipt, registration, transmission, and archiving of internal and external documents within the company;
    10. Responsible for the procurement, distribution, registration, storage, and maintenance management of non productive fixed assets, office supplies, labor protection supplies, and other consumables;
    11. Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets, qualification certificates, and business changes;
    12. Assist superiors in maintaining contact with government departments, obtaining relevant regulations and policy information, and striving for policy support;
    13. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
    Qualifications for the position:
    1. College degree or above, with at least three years of administrative management experience in large-scale manufacturing industry;
    2. Proficient in using office software, with basic skills in photography and videography, able to easily operate video editing software and graphic design software is preferred;
    3. Having a certain level of writing skills and understanding of common methods for promoting corporate culture;
    4. Strong organizational coordination, communication, observation and analysis, judgment and other abilities, strong logical thinking, and affinity;

  • Technical Support

    Main responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the reception and handling of product after-sales service;
    2. Assist the development team in upgrading or repairing products according to customer needs;
    3. Track the after-sales of products to ensure timely resolution of issues;
    4. Participate in product validation and supervise product quality and production processes.
    Job requirements:
    1. Have technical support, quality, customer service experience, or technical or quality department experience in photovoltaic module factories for backboard or adhesive film enterprises;
    2. Understand the production process and suppliers of the product, possess certain product knowledge and brand awareness;
    3. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;

  • HR Specialist

    1. Assist superiors in formulating personnel rules and regulations, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the system;
    2. Participate in and improve the company's organizational structure, position and staffing, and allocate human resources reasonably and effectively;
    3. Responsible for developing and maintaining multiple recruitment channels, recruiting personnel, and seeking suitable talents.
    4. Responsible for developing company training plans, organizing personnel to participate in training, and evaluating training effectiveness;
    5. Responsible for organizing and implementing performance evaluations, and compiling evaluation results;
    6. Responsible for determining the salary standards for each position, editing annual salary adjustment plans, calculating monthly employee salaries and issuing them;
    7. Responsible for representing the company in signing labor contracts with employees and their safekeeping, participating in regulating employee relations, and resolving labor disputes;   
    8. Responsible for handling social insurance and commercial insurance;
    9. Responsible for establishing and improving personnel files and rosters for all employees;
    10. Responsible for handling the procedures for personnel adjustments such as onboarding, offboarding, rewards and punishments, leave, promotion, demotion, transfer, and resignation of company employees;
    11. Responsible for employee recruitment management and disciplinary supervision work;
    12. Responsible for coordinating the contact between the company and government and other relevant departments, obtaining relevant laws, regulations, and policy information, and striving for policy support;

    Qualifications for the position:
    1. College degree or above, with at least three years of personnel work experience, preferably in similar positions in large manufacturing or group companies;
    2. Proficient in using office software, with practical experience in modules such as recruitment, training, salary calculation, performance evaluation, and employee relations preferred;
    3. Proficient in national and regional labor and employment management laws and regulations, familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of modern enterprise management and human resource management;
    4. Serious and meticulous in work, responsible, honest and upright, with a strong sense of confidentiality;

  • Accounting

    Main responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for overall business accounting (general ledger+cost) of the company, organizing and carrying out various accounting work of the company;
    2. Review accounting vouchers, prepare transfer vouchers, issue financial statements, and consolidate financial statements in accordance with the national Accounting Law and the accounting system of our company;
    3. Prepare financial statements, responsible for analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement data, and issue analysis reports;   
    4. Assess the effectiveness of fund utilization and improve the internal data accounting system of the company.
    5. Complete the collection and accounting of direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing expenses for product costs, and provide timely cost information;
    6. Conduct cost analysis, assess and handle abnormal situations;
    7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors to ensure the smooth achievement of work objectives.
    Qualifications for the position:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or related field, holding intermediate level accountant;
    2. Having over 5 years of financial management experience in manufacturing enterprises, able to fully undertake various responsibilities in finance and auditing;
    3. Familiar with national regulations and policies related to finance, taxation, auditing, etc., proficient in using the entire ERP system;
    4. Capable of data analysis and able to independently handle overall accounting;
    5. Diligent and meticulous in work, with a high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.

  • Sales

    Main responsibilities:
    1. Develop personal sales annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and complete them;
    2. Responsible for project development, investigation, analysis, and argumentation, developing project plans and schedules;
    3. Develop potential customers, maintain existing customers, and increase market share;
    4. Responsible for product review and first piece production and confirmation in the production process;
    5. Responsible for coordinating with clients, conducting business negotiations, and signing contracts;
    6. Receive customer visits, conduct regular customer follow ups, solicit customer opinions, and promptly respond, track, implement, and confirm feedback;
    7. Responsible for tracking the execution status of orders and timely tracking corresponding payments;
    8. Resolve customer complaints, maintain customer relationships, and strengthen communication with customers;
    9. Participate in the preparation and review of product technical standards
    10. Participate in market promotion activities, implement promotion plans, and participate in public relations activities

    Qualifications for the position:
    1. College degree or above, proficient in using office software, able to use PPT for work reporting;
    2. More than two years of sales experience, with priority given to sales experience in the new energy, machinery, or light electric vehicle industries;
    3. Having good market judgment and development ability, with corresponding customer resources and independent sales ability is preferred;
    4. Capable of independently facing and solving work problems, with a strong sense of service and responsibility;

  • Operator/Quality Inspector

    1. Responsible for conducting daily quality and safety system inspections on site;

Responsible for issuing and collecting rectification orders from the responsible department after customer complaints and returns, and issuing quality penalty opinions to the corresponding department in accordance with regulations; 5. Conduct traceability exercises on products and collect relevant information for archiving;

    Qualifications for the position:
    1. College degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, food, etc;
    2. More than 3 years of relevant quality management work experience;

  • Equipment Mechanical Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of various machinery and equipment;
    2. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of production equipment;
    3. Responsible for providing guidance on the safe use of equipment;
    4. Conduct daily inspections of all equipment within the company and keep corresponding records;
    5. Actively cooperate with the needs of each workshop to carry out relevant maintenance work;
    6. Responsible for workplace cleanliness and hygiene work;
    7. Cooperate to participate in and develop mechanical maintenance and upkeep plans for various machinery and equipment;
    8. Carry out daily inspections and record keeping of relevant equipment, and complete regular maintenance tasks;
    9. Cooperate with the department's work and organize and summarize equipment and mechanical components;
    10. Capable of assisting other types of work with team spirit and completing tasks assigned by other leaders;
    11. Responsible for the innovation and renovation of mechanical aspects of various machinery and equipment;

    Qualifications for the position:
    1. Vocational school diploma or above
    2. 3 years or more experience in mechanical maintenance and upkeep, with priority given to those with experience in the photovoltaic industry;  
    3. Proficient in mechanical principles, able to use CAD, with a low-voltage electrician certificate;                      
    4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills;  
    5. Has a high sense of responsibility, can withstand work pressure, and is honest and dedicated; 6. Master the operation methods of basic office software (Word, Excel).
