01 Advantages of Aina New Energy Production

Relying on the strong innovation strength and resources of its parent company Shanghai Ailu, Aina New Energy has already made efforts at the beginning of the factory constructionIntelligent Manufacturing Production LineThe overall plan of Aina, such as independent innovation and research and development of extrusion equipment, real-time monitoring of key data backend, AGV intelligent transportation system, robot gripper loading and unloading, etc., in the future, the entire production line of Aina will achieve fully intelligent continuous flow production, shorten non process time, improve production efficiency and management flexibility.

02 Significant advantages of composite material frames for offshore (island) environments
In the context of increasingly scarce land resources, the application of photovoltaics in marine environments has a very promising prospect. However, the high temperature, high humidity, high salt spray and other special environments at sea (islands) require higher performance of photovoltaic modules, requiring higher reliability and weather resistance. In addition, due to the high wind speed environment at sea, the mechanical load capacity of modules to resist wind pressure must be very strong.

Compared with traditional metal frames, fiberglass reinforced polyurethane composite frames not only have cost advantages, but also have several advantages that metal frames do not possessIt can reduce costs and increase efficiency for photovoltaic module manufacturers.

  • Acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance

According to the typical corrosion environment classification of ISO-12944, marine environments include salt spray corrosion, chemical corrosion, bird droppings corrosion, etc., which belong to the C5M environment with the highest corrosion level. Offshore photovoltaic module materials require strong resistance to salt spray corrosion, while aluminum is an active metal with weak resistance to salt spray corrosion. Traditional aluminum frame solutions are difficult to guarantee a service life of 25 yearsPolyurethane composite frame, due to its inherent superior characteristics of high corrosion resistance and salt spray resistanceIt is the best choice for photovoltaic module frames in corrosion-resistant application scenarios such as oceans and sewage treatment plants.

  • The elastic modulus tends to be consistent with glass

The elastic modulus of fiberglass reinforced polyurethane material is slightly lower than that of glass. In the elastic modulus test, the Aina fiberglass reinforced polyurethane composite material is ≥ 35GPa, which tends to be consistent with the elastic modulus of glass. Under dynamic wind load, the frame has dynamic load damping effect, which can effectively alleviate the problem of glass cracking on the back.

  • Carrying higher back pressure

The design of offshore photovoltaic modules requires higher back pressure (about 4000Pa), which traditional metal frames are difficult to meet. Fiberglass reinforced polyurethane composite frames can fully exert their mechanical properties and are relatively easy to meet the back pressure requirement of 4000PaThe Aina composite material frame reaches a high standard of 5400Pa in the ultimate back pressure test, providing more guarantee for the long-term reliable operation of offshore photovoltaic power plants.
